Narcissa "Cissy" Malfoy, née Black (b. 1955) was a British pure-blood witch and a noble House of Black member. She was the youngest daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black and the younger sister of Bellatrix Lestrange and Andromeda Tonks. She married Lucius Malfoy and they had a son: Draco Malfoy.

Although she was never officially a Death Eater herself, Narcissa believed in the importance of blood purity and supported her husband in following Lord Voldemort. This changed when she realized that she couldn't put her unborn son's life in danger by Voldemort and left with Sirius Black in Malfoy Manor.

A couple of days later, she discovers Voldemort has killed her husband in betrayal.
